Walkthrough
- Conversation -
- Gill: Hey! Get up! The guild hall is under attack!
- 1: What? What's happening?
- ?
- 2: Who is attacking us?
- Gill: We don't know! Armored knights of some kind... but something's different about them. I'm hoping someone else knows more.
- 1: What? What's happening?
- Heddy: Belamy is calling for our help. Grab your equipment and head downstairs now!
- 1: I'll be right down.
- ?
- 2:I need a moment.
- Gill: Just a moment! And then we need you ready to fight!
- 1: I'll be right down.
- Gill: Let's go! Now!
- End Conversation -
- Objective: Enter the Armory at the End of the Hall
Take a right outside your room and head to the room at the end of the hall.
- Objective: Retrieve Your Gear From the Chest
Open the Chest and get your gear out of it.
There is an Armoire at the back side of the room containing:
- Objective: Equip your Weapon
- Objective: Equip your Armor
Open your inventory and equip your weapon and armor
- Objective: Exit the Armory
Leave the room
Two enemies appear on the floor, A Knight and a Captain
- Conversation -
- Captain: Report. soldier!
- Knight: I've begun a search of this floor, sir.
- Captain: I'll guard the stairwell. There must be no survivors.
- End Conversation -
- Objective: Defeat the Enemy
Kill the Knight and the Captain. Best to fight them one at a time.
- Objective: Gather Your Allies
Head down the stairs the the Guildhall and talk to Belamy.
- Conversation -
- Belamy: Glad you could make it, sleepyhead. It's about time you joined us.
- 1: Why would anyone attack us?
- ?
- 2: I'd have thought an attack like this would have awakened me.
- Belamy: Nah, we've all been on edge lately. Some of us need our beauty sleep more than others.
- 3: Who are these people?
- ?
- 1: What do we do now?
- ?
- 2: Is anyone else still alive?
- Gill: There weren't a lot of people here to begin with, thank the gods.
- 3: We have to get out of here.
- ?
- 1: Why would anyone attack us?
- End Conversation -
Belamy, Gill, and Heddy join your party.
Four Knights appear around you and begin attacking
- Objective: Stop the Invaders
Kill the 4 knights.
- Conversation -
- Belamy: We must get out there, discover what's going on, and put a stop to it. Objections?
- Gill: Let's do it.
- Heddy: I... I'm in.
- 1: For the Burning Dawn!
- ?
- 2: Let's end this!
- ?
- 3: Ah, you go ahead. I'll catch up.
- Belamy: No chance, rookie. We all fight, or we all die.
- 1: For the Burning Dawn!
- Belamy: For the Dawn!
- End Conversation -
- Objective: Exit the Building
Interact with the front door of the building.
- Conversation -
- Gill: By the gods! I guess we're not getting out that way!
- 1: Any idea what's going on out there?
- ?
- 2: What do we do?
- ?
- 3: Maybe we can get out through the basement.
- Gill: Good idea. The entrance to the basement is hidden... some kind of concealment spell.
- 1: Any idea what's going on out there?
- Grab the ritual skull from that chest so we can get out of here!
- End Conversation -
- Objective: Get the Ritual Skull
Pick the lock for the chest in the next room and take the Ritual Skull out of it.
- Objective: Place the Skull on the Brazier
interact with the brazier in the next room. and place the skull on it.
- Interaction -
- The brazier is empty.
- 1: <Place the skull in the brazier> (Completes the Objective)
- 2: <Leave.> (Does nothing and exit's interaction)
- End Interaction -
The entrance to the Basement appears in the corner of the room, once the skull is placed on the brazier.
- Objective: Enter the Basement
Go through the revealed Basement passage.
- Objective: Talk to Arnax
Move to the next room and speak with Arnax on the bridge.
- Conversation -
- Arnax: Thank the gods you're here! Do you know what's happening?
- 1: I was hoping you could tell us.
- Arnax: I have no idea. We should stick together though.
- 2: The guild hall is under attack. We're trying to find out why.
- ?
- 3: I don't know what's happening, but I don't like it.
- ?
- 1: I was hoping you could tell us.
- Arnax: Keep your eyes open, there are hidden traps in this area.
- End Conversation -
- Objective: Escape!
Work your way through the dungeon.
There is a trap at the bottom of the staircase which can be found by searching.
A bit farther into the room is a body with swords stabbing into it with the name Jarhild. Interacting with it start a short talk.

At the end of the next passage there is an area with an encounter with:
- 3 Knights.
In the room with the Knights there is a chest containing:
The next room has an encounter with:
- 1 Mage
- 2 Knights
The following passage has a patrolling group of:
- 2 Knights
There is another stabbed body at the beginning of the passage with the name ?.Interacting with it start a short talk.

At the end of the passage there is a cut-scene of a demon rising out of a black pit surrounded by fire.
- Conversation -
- Demon: Why suffer an invasion, when mortal fools march straight to me?
- Belamy: You die now, demon!
- Demon: Ha ha ha. Such a large voice for such a small creature. Don't you see that we are on the same side?
- 1: This is where it all ends.
- ?
- 2: My guild will stop you.
- ?
- 3: How are we on the same side?
- Demon: So impatient. You will see. Play your role, mortal, and all will become clear.
- 1: This is where it all ends.
- Belamy: Stop the chatter and fight!
- Demon: Of course. You obviously are here to die. I shall not disappoint.
- End Conversation - A short cut-scene of the demon plays then it cuts out.
The quest is finished and you are relocated to The High Road and starts the next quest.
